Introduction
Sequence Maninpulation Suite is a collection of web-based programs to for analyzing and formatting DNA/Protein sequences. It can be used to filter DNA and Protein sequences, sequence format conversion, restriction analysis, translation/backtranslation, pattern finding and more.[edit]

Installation
- Unzip the sms.zip into a directory. This creates a folder called sms2.
- Load the index.html in the web-browser
